Who do you provide psychological services to?
Individuals 18 years of age and older.
Do I need a referral or can I just book an appointment?
You can make a referral yourself. However if you wish to obtain medicare rebates for your sessions you will need a referral and mental health care plan from your GP or medical specialist. This ensures rebates can be claimed from medicare successfully. Your GP or medical specialist will determine if your treatment is eligible for Medicare rebates.
You can choose to book an appointment without a referral from your medical practitioner, the medicare rebate will not be available to you.

Do you offer bulk billing services under a Mental Health Care Plan?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer Bulk Billing.
Do you offer a concession rate for health card holders?
Please contact via email if your are a concession card holder seeking a concession rate.
What if I require a report or letter be prepared?
Unfortunately report writing is not offered. The exception to this in is work with NDIS clients.
Do you accept Work Cover or CTP patients?
Unfortunately we are not offering these services.
What do I need to bring to sessions?
Just bring yourself along. It is a good idea to wear comfortable walking clothes and sun protection and have a bottle of water handy. If you have a mental health care plan please bring this.
How does confidentiality work in walking sessions?
We will have a discussion about how you would like things to be handled if we run into somebody that you know. We will keep our distance from others and can walk on a quieter pathway if necessary.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require more than 24 hours' notice(excluding weekends and public holidays) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please note, cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of the full session amount (if the appointment cannot be filled by another client on the waitlist).
If you do attend your appointment and have not given any notice then you will be charged the full fee. No rebate applies to appointments that are not attended.
